We are excited to announce that the kitchen renovation project at Jackson Memorial High School is going well. The project began Nov. 28 and will be a great improvement to our kitchen, which has not been updated since the Clayton building opened 47 years ago. As work continues:

  • We will be serving students from a temporary service line starting Monday, Dec. 5
  • Food menu options will all be complete meals, but will be mainly “grab-n-go’’ and quick serve items.
  • Burgers, cheese steaks, chicken patty sandwiches, pre-made wraps and sandwiches, pre-made salads, snacks and beverages, and pizza will be available 2-3 times per week
  • Fresh fruits, vegetables, and milk will also be available
  • The new kitchen will feature “state of the art” cooking and serving equipment to be able to enhance the dining experience for Memorial HS
  • Renovations are scheduled to be completed by mid to late February.

We thank you in advance for your patience as we undergo this much-needed project!

As we move through the colder months of winter, I would like to remind our students and parents to work hard to successfully close out semester one and set goals for the new spring semester which begins on January 28th. Our winter sports teams continue to work hard and achieve much success during the winter sports season.  Thank you for your continued support.
