We are excited to announce that the kitchen renovation project at Jackson Memorial High School is going well. The project began Nov. 28 and will be a great improvement to our kitchen, which has not been updated since the Clayton building opened 47 years ago. As work continues:
- We will be serving students from a temporary service line starting Monday, Dec. 5
- Food menu options will all be complete meals, but will be mainly “grab-n-go’’ and quick serve items.
- Burgers, cheese steaks, chicken patty sandwiches, pre-made wraps and sandwiches, pre-made salads, snacks and beverages, and pizza will be available 2-3 times per week
- Fresh fruits, vegetables, and milk will also be available
- The new kitchen will feature “state of the art” cooking and serving equipment to be able to enhance the dining experience for Memorial HS
- Renovations are scheduled to be completed by mid to late February.
We thank you in advance for your patience as we undergo this much-needed project!
